Mandy commenced her career in real estate in 2003 and has since been the recipient of multiple Bronze, Silver and Gold awards along with finishing as the number 1 Sales Consultant in the State for First National Real Estate in 2010. Completing her Diploma of Real Estate in 2009 and becoming a registered trainer for the REIT in 2011. In 2014 Mandy was nominated as a finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards, this was a career highlight and very humbling.

In 2016 Mandy was offered a position to market and sell a unique 50 villa retirement village in the affluent suburb of Seven Mile Beach, an exciting opportunity that allowed her to increase her sales techniques in a specialised field. This was a highly successful role and one she holds close to her heart.

Along with being a Director on the Board of the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania and the President (2019-2021), for the second time in the institute’s history this role has been carried out by a female.

The decision to create her own business enables her to implement those things with the most meaning, the highest level of ethics, focus on the client and most importantly, people before money. With a natural desire to work alongside people to achieve a mutual goal and an infectious personality, Mandy looks forward to creating a seamless and memorable experience for your next real estate transaction.
